Anxiety Attack

I haven’t posted in so long, I thought I was done and defeated this monster. Currently having an anxiety attack that’s coming in waves. I previously took Zoloft but I stopped taking it a while back. I’ve been able to manage since, this is the first big attack I’ve had in MONTHS. However there is a lot going on in my personal life stress from work, drama in the family, my uncles in a coma, Ect. The list goes on and on and yet here I still find the time to panic and think I’m gonna die of a heart attack 🙂
