Walking is the best way to lose weight walk 2-3 miles a day you can eat what you want within reason make sure you have enough iron
My doc tells me to fill 80% of my plate with veggies and fruit, mostly veggies and 20% protein. Also no eating 3 hours before bedtime helps. Good luck. There are a ton of diets some good some not but it really boils down to a balance of exercise and proper eating.
Hi. Ive lost a lot of weight by eliminating most of stress in my life. I believe most women are stress eaters or emotional eaters. I was too. Once I realized one of the biggest stressors in my life I rid myself of it and I immediately had very much control of my food and saw results right away.
