Chest pains from anxiety

I have had continuous, extreme anxiety for the last four days. When I say continuous, I really do mean it literally. I have not felt calm, my anxiety has not gone down. I had pain in my chest for the last month but these last few days it has increased to the point where I'm concerned about my heart. Does anyone think I should be genuinely concerned? I can't see the doctor until tomorrow

I've been having chest pain on and off for years, it took a long time to realize that it was anxiety based. I'm still Ok.

But I know that I have to address it, or it will eventually result in physical damage.

Right now I get temporary relief from exercise, going to meetings, praying, and watching self help videos on YouTube.

I totally feel for you I ended up going to Hospital as my chest was so tight during a 14 hr anxiety episode that just wouldn’t go away. Had an ECG and bloods done but all was fine thankfully the Dr said it was just part of the anxiety and that I was perfectly ok

Hopefully you got to the doctor by now. I have had that too in the past. It's an awful feeling. It's good to have an anxiety medication. I know deep calming breathing can help. I usually just try to get into a good book or a good movie. I hope you're feeling better!
