Yesterday I went to my doctor and I asked him to stop the wellbutrin and continue with Brintlix and lamictal.

He said I can stop it immediately without reducing the dose or stop it by steps.

Now I stopped it for 2 days but when I sleep I feel cold and sweat a lot while im sleeping, is that normal? Dose anyone took Wellbutrin and stop it what is the symptoms after it?

Allow the reduced medication dose to work, hopefully, eventually you will begin to feel better. I have been reducing Opiates over the last three weeks and I am now feeling the benefit, furher reductions after new Year. Trust your GP He will have His expectations to move you on

Yep, sweating is a side effect of Wellbutrin discontinuation syndrome!

How long were you taking it for? It sounds like withdrawal. You should never just stop cold turkey. I’m surprised your doctor did that. Especially with Wellbutrin. I absolutely hated it. I was psychotic on it.

It should have been tapered down a bit. I had withdrawal coming off also. Md said no withdrawal. That was the last time I believed her on that subject. I wean myself off everything now whether she says Sean or not.
