Scared to go to sleep

Some nights I’m tired but afraid to go to sleep in fear of dying in my sleep 😔 I just wanna be normal again

Death is something that will definitely come sometime to everyone, worrying about it will not help you nor will change anything. I recommend you to enjoy one day at a time because you’ll be missing out on the amazing things and people that are around you for worrying of something that will happen inevitably. Try to enjoy your life to the fullest and not think about it, when you go to sleep think about all of the things that make you happy and picture yourself in those moments and you’ll be sleeping really good and hopefully will reduce your fear.
