Hi guys I’m just wondering what this might be I sleep for the right amount of hours say 7/8/9 hours each night but it’s at the wrong times like 3/4/5 am instead of say 11pm or midnight so instead of waking up at say 9am or 10am it’s 12pm which I hate and it makes me feel lazy and I’m just wondering if there is any medical term for that and how it could be affecting my anxiety

Going to bed late and getting up late isn't a medical problem but more to with your natural body clock. I do the same now I have retired, but all my working life I had to be up early so had to make sure I was in bed early enough.
If you want or need to be up earlier then you need to start training your body by going to bed earlier. Simple as that.
Ahh I see thank you hyper cat as per usual great and informative I read it was something to do with cardiac rhythm so I assumed there was some sort of medical term for it. I apologise for the lateness of my reply by the way hope you’re well my friend hope you have a wonderful time during the holidays
