Thank You, they are beautiful, I have 2 cats, but do not know how to do photos on line. I love my cats so much, I appreciate the unconditional love I get from them. I do not think it is a silly picture, they have lovely faces, lovely fur coats & I bet they love you a lot. From one cat lover to another with love and hugs......Sprinkle 1........

I thought I was the only one who doesn't know how to post pictures online! I wish I did!

It's December and the only Christmas decoration I have out is a ceramic tree. I have a lot in the basement which is difficult to bring upstairs and I really have no one to help. Oh, I have people, they just never come around.

Hello, No I do not know how to send a photo online, I think you need a cell phone, I only have a land line.

You sound older, like me. I do not have family here and my best friend who lived up the road, died in Aug. So I wont' bother putting decorations out, I sold most of mine in a yard sale after my second husband left. I enjoy the lights and decorations my neighbors and the stores put out. Do you have volunteers in your area, perhaps they could come and help you. Do not hesitate to ask for help, do you go to church, they often have people who will help. Ask the Salvation Army. I LOVE dogs! We had a pit bull. Animals in general are amazing!

When I was young my brother and I grew up on a small farm. My dad was a former Marine in Korea. Looking back I think he was dealing from PTSD but back then it wasn't recognized as such. He raised pit bulls to hunt with. Marvelous hunters, my father often took a few dogs, his truck and rifle into the woods. Few hours later he'd be back with deer, hog, squirrel, whatever was available. We were poor. Those dogs put meat on our table. Rice and beans only go so far. Those working dogs my dad treated almost better than my brother and I. Understandable. We only brought home blueberries and blackberries. Always a couple of older dogs living out their life around the house that were our pets and guardians. It's all in the training.

I've thought about a pet but I can barely take care of myself. And what if it gets sick, or dies? No more of that.

They can be therapeutic but if you can’t take care of it than absolutely don’t get one.
