My heart hurts 💔 and I have so much anxiety 😭 I try to be there for everyone the best way I can, but it's just not good enough...I'm only human ☹️...I feel so exhausted and my mind is just ugh... Hope everyone else is doing well 🙏

Focus on you. The rest will fall into place.

You have to learn to say no. I know how hard it is. I'm a caretaker by profession and it spills over into my private life.

I never took care of me.

Now I have boundaries set up. I say no. I realize o cam only do so much.

You come first.
