Lingering heart pain

You chose her, because I gave you ten and she gave you twenty. She had $20,000. And all I had was ten. Comparing myself and my income or my looks to others is the most toxic thing I could do. However in past paradigms it has been an actual thing. I really hope my affirmations start working. 1000xs a day I have kind loyal supportive friends. I am not alone.

I think what has helped me is to know and understand that the brain lies. Yes it does. Understand that. It's all lies we tell ourselves automatically. You are doing great for yourself if u r surrounding yourself w the right people and doing affirmations.
