I love the first snowfall. We have some, getting more later. Bring it on! This is why I love the changing seasons.

Really beautiful, we do not get it often in the South East of England. Just wet and cold in winter usually.

It's fabulous isn't it? We have freezing rain now, going to switch to snow and I hope we bunches.....I can watch is all day long.

We had freezing rain first. Now we have over a foot of snow and it's coming down quite heavy. Too deep and cold for snow angels or snow people. My neighbor's son tried sledding but gave up. Too deep for that too. I felt bad for him. What good is a snow day when you can't go out and play.

Oh that's a bummer..is it good enough snow to build a fort out of snowballs?

Maybe they can find something fun to do indoors....some sort of craft?

We did it all the time as kids and so did my kids....i'd like to give it a go this year when they come over...
