I’ve been taking a 25mg capsule of CBD every morning at 10am. I like to be consistent. I have not had any negative effect that I can think of. I’ve heard it can take up to 6 weeks before getting benefits of CBD for anxiety purposes. My energy levels have been elevated for sure and I don’t like to sit around like I used to I enjoy being active in some way now. I do not believe CBD would cause any problems if it is from a reputable source. SSRI’s are far worse than CBD imo. No side effects currently, and it’s been over a week. Only positives I can report to date. Also, I’ve heard you can stop taking CBD at anytime and feel zero withdrawals unlike SSRI’s which in most cases have negative effects when stopping or tapering off.

Hi. I sole CBD eatable products at aarket and the candy lollipop just enhanced the anxiety I was already feeling. I didn't really enjoy it. I prefer the THC oil.

Yes Mike, I've tried CBD , Ive had no bad reactions to it. But I only used it once a day instead of twice .Because I was so nervous about taking it. I have ordered some more and i am going to use it properly. I am in extreme pain from comlex medical conditions that I am in ernest now for some help to ease the pain and to help with the depression. My Doctors don't know what else to put me on. ??? SO.

Don't waste your money buying it from Holland and Barrett. It's just like oily water. If you do decide to try it, make sure you get it from someone or somewhere that you can trust.

I took hemp cbd oil from Holland&Barrett I lost my appetite for a week and was severely depressed for six months

Yet when I.was younger I could smoke cannibis

I smoked awhile back too. Like 5+ years. Theres were times it made my anxiety worse and made me unmotivated. So i stay away from it. I was just thinking about trying cbd drops or gummies. At a low dose.

I think it’s important to be consistent with dosage. Drops and gummies may be hard to stick with dosage. I’ve heard water soluble capsules were the best and I didn’t cheap out and I went with a recommended brand, read reviews, and got the capsules for my first time ever on CBD. I advise doing research on this

I had the same reaction lilyofthevalley described. At first I tried just a low dose drops from Amazon and felt severely depressed. Several months later when I saw my psychiatrist, she recommended some gummies that immediately made my anxiety skyrocket. After all that, I visited a dispensary near me and tried some edibles that once again made me severely anxious to the point of having to seek medical help. I think everyone is different, of course, but for me, I can't recommend CBD or THC.

I just started on CBD oil yesterday for anxiety. I made the mistake of taking it on an empty stomach and ended up with nausea. After that passed, I felt okay the rest of the day so I didn’t take another dose. This morning was a different story. I had quite a bit of anxiety and even after taking the dose, I still had anxiety. It took awhile for me to calm down. I guess it’s a trial and error sort of thing. I hope this works for anxiety because I don’t want to go back to medication. I already take an antidepressant during the day and Trazadone with Mirtazapine for sleep. I want to get off all these meds because I’m experiencing more side effects with them than before. I’m hoping CBD oil will eventually help with mood, sleep, and anxiety.

The Neuro I see thinks Epidiolex would benefit people with symptoms that we have. But it would be used off label. And would have to get approved by the insurance. It is a cbd oil that was fda approved in 2018 for two rare forms of seizures. He has used this on patients with non epileptic seizures panic anxiety etc with good results he says. I am scared of meds and have never tried cbd products nor have ever smoked it so I don’t now how it will effect me which scares me because I have constant pressure in my head dizziness faintness feeling etc. Theo rea sure is so bad and can’t even sleep on a pillo. Have to lay down a lot to get flat. I even asked about possible increased intracranial pressure or CSF leak but he still feels it is stress and anxiety induced. Not convinced at all. This is going on almost two years now.

Mike 777 has anything helped you yet? I know you have been trying different things and similarities in how we feel.
