Worried I’m having an asthma attack
Are you breathing shallow most of the time. I do. I get these episodes although less often now. I do breathing exercises. I used to take deep sighs all of my life and breathing deep (normal) is hard for me. I follow a yoga breathing technique. It’s very helpful but it took at least 6 months for me to do it without thinking. I still catch myself shallow breathing. I look like I’m having an asthma attack to my family. I stick my head in the freezer to open up my airways. I hate anxiety.
Best of luck to you

Thank you for your reply For periods of the day it actually feels like there’s nothing wrong but then I just feel breathless at points I don’t think I’m breathing shallow just feels like I constantly need to take a breath and when I do a tight pain comes in like I just can’t take anymore in
Air quality sucks too
Just very very scared should I be?
I don’t think so. Just go get your breathing study. It’s easy.
I will my friend thank you for helping me through a difficult moment
Will you let me know how you’re doing? Ill be praying for you.
I’m doing fine now thank you and certainly due to you as well so thank you again
turns out it was just a bit of flux. But we know what anxiety does unfortunately. Although I just came upon the most ridiculous site healthline? That said I was on my death bed due to sticky skin?
I’m glad you’re better.
Stay with me here a minute. A few new studies show reflux is caused often by phlegm. You can use an antihistamine daily but they found that using Vick’s or a Menthol product under your nose at bed would keep your sinuses clear and therefore your gut stabilized. I’m not kidding. I eat a fireball candy too. It seems too silly to be real. I’m going to try to post the link but I have trouble on this site doing that.
So to be icky:
Control phlegm = control breathing and GERD.
Best of luck to you my friend. Don’t do this alone. I’m right here.
Doaty💛
Have you tried an inhaler? I came down with asthma at age 50, it was real bad at the beginning, slowly over time it improved. I lived in the 2nd worst bad air basins in the US on the west coast. I finally moved to the east coast, I had a few attacks when I was here the first year or two, but thankfully it has gone into remission. I found what brought it one was bad air, stress and illness - upper respiratory. I have been a yoga student for over 30 years and yes the breathing exercises I learnt are a big help. I wish you well, let us know how you are doing, we are here to offer love and support....Sprinkle 1...
Thank you for your reply it was by helpful to know that I’m not alone and I’m really glad you found yoga and I’m even more glad that it helps you. I’m doing alright now thank you although I just googled sticky skin and basically read how I’m going to die😂
