Does anyone else get chronic pins and needles sensations throughout their body. Mostly in my legs and arms. It’s so frustrating and it increases my anxiety because it doesn’t go away.
My doctor upped my dose from 10mg to 20mg of fluoxetine, so I feel like I’m starting all over again with the symptoms. Any experiences others can share?

I have recently been diagnosed with ET and have had really sharp pins and needles for months; More a single needle that’s deep and can occur anywhere but mainly in my hands, legs and feet. They occurred before any medication thought they were to do with my platelet count but they still occur now it’s been stabilised. I think if I am a little dehydrated they are worse.
Yes! I get this when my anxiety goes up and it’s so freaky and uncomfortable. My experience when my meds were upped were similar, but I’m on citalopram. My anxiety and symptoms were up for a few days and then settled. Your body is adjusting to the higher dosage but know it will get better!
