Ptsd from vet practice and terrible first hospitalization
Was dead tired from 160 hours per week vet emergency schedule often four and five days without sleep
Needed rest got a horrible doctor who told me not to bitch and world war three
All I neddd was rest

Sleep Depravation is dreadful. Hope you catch up on some rest, relaxation and sleep.
My late Mum once said to me " sleep - for two days" when I told her over the phone that I was tired.
