Any advice on how to navigate a romantic relationship with social anxiety? In particular, I'm having trouble asserting my boundaries and asking for what I need.

I’ve been there before too. I found the best step was to be honest from the beginning, just by letting him know that asking for what I need and setting boundaries is something I struggle with and am working on.
