I’m nervous to go to sleep tonight. I get in this vicious cycle of I get a migraine then I need to drink coffee to help it go away but then I can’t fall asleep and then I get anxious because I can’t fall asleep. And then because I didn’t get enough sleep I’m tired all day and get a migraine. It’s too hard to handle. I left work early today because I was just so tired. Any suggestions?

That isn’t really an option for me. I don’t have paid time off and if I stay home for more than a day I get very depressed.

Then please take out some leisure time out of your total awaking hours when you can do only what you like.Keep yourself aside from caffeinated drinks and other things which disturb sleep and mood.Dont take sleep pills without advice from doctor. You just need to give yourself some time and nothing else.I also live with constant headache so its not only you dear, there are many many out there. We need faith and courage in ourselves.Just dont make a statement in your mind that you are ill just keep telling yourself I am all fine.I can do it.I will fight.

Dont live with people who discourages you, live in the company who constantly motivates you.Dont be weak ,be strong.Maybe you are facing this problem to overworkload or tensions...in further stages of life you will have many more.Life is that way, all we need is a fire inside us burning infinitely to keep us moving forward.

Now, smile☺

You can live strongly

Give yourself some time everyday

Read or Paint or listen music or cook or stitch or skate or anything u like

If situations get worse seek medical advice immediately

Dont be weak okay?

Guess what, You are stronger Than you Think.

All the love and care,

from a human

What about you take some pain meds close to sleep time instead of coffee. Sometimes taking meds pre-emptively helps even on migraines. Do you drink coffee at morning/day time? Sounds like something similiar to caffeine addiction, I often hear people saying how if they dont drink their morning coffee they get a head ache. Maybe your problem is something similiar, just an off timing. Do you get paid leave in case of sickness? I'd recommend stopping coffee all together, or switching to tea at first.

Hello. I have no suggestions for you I just wanted to let you know you're not alone. This is me every day. I was actually happy to read your post because no one understands when I try to explain what we're going through. It's nice to know it's not all in my mind, no pun intended. Good luck and prayers that you find a way to help with your migraines and sleep issues.

Are you suffering from stress? How about taking some magnesium glycinate before sleep to calm you down and changing your diet to non processed foods, like a lot of fruit and vegetables to help your body rebalance? Coffee just makes matters worse. What about a head massage to help migraine along with meditation and some relaxing music like 528 frequency ? A bit of exercise as well like walking can help your body get rid of toxins that cause you migraine and insomnia
