Overall I havent been in much pain today, iate some grapes and a chicken sandwich a bag of chips then when i got off and got i cooked grilled chicken pasta salad and sweet peas with corn, I ate more vagetables and pasta then chicken, I had some nasuea today but it did not overwhelm like it did last night, last night was horrible, i didnt go to sleep until 4am worrying about throwing up. This anxiety has me focus on my stomach more than I ever had. Im working hard to overcome this. the physical symptoms seem so real cause my mind be so strong in the negative thoughts. I have a burning sensation in my sternum down to the center of my belly, I took a bentyl and I have started drinking Kefir to work on my improving my health, im really trying and i think im on a good path, thank you all for your support, i wanna be able to get up here one day an say my anxiety and nausea are gone
any suggestions on things i can do to make things smoother and stress and pain free
