Creativity anxiety?

I recently realized that whenever I start getting creative I get anxiety. Like if I come up with some ideas or plans or projects I want to do, at first I feel excited but after a short period I start feeling like my thoughts are racing and I feel panicky. This leads me to abandon any thing I thought up. I have noticed in the past I also have difficulty coping with feelings of excitement because they feel similar to anxiety. Anyone else experience this? Anyone have any ideas on how I could work this out? I appreciate any advice!
