I smoke roll ups I used to buy the 12mg packet it lasted 4 days 30mg lasting the same time where I volunteer the boss says fag break every twenty minutes its psychological thing if he said coffee break everyone would probably go for a coffee.

If you can give up for 28 days you are over the worst apparently

You should reward yourself when you miss out a cig with a toffee or an apple or whatever you prefer

You can do it

Tesco toffees are quite good 2 packs for £1.50

I'm chewing one right now and it's cheering me up a bit

Yes. I can barely move today and I have to take my daughter out for a day of lunch and shopping. I love being with her and I don't want to let her down but I'm dragging today too.

I have been the last few days! I just want to lay in bed, but every time I lay down I am plagued by heart palpitations. :( Here’s hoping its not some serious condition, because I seem to only get a run of them when lying down, versus sitting up right. 😩

I hope you feel better and are able to take your daughter out!

Yes there definitely is! My therapist says that anxiety will use anything it can to scare the crap outta you. 🤷🏼‍♀️
