Good morning everyone everywhere!

I woke up with a peaceful mind and a grateful heart! Even though yesterday was a very, very, very, tough day...what a setback 😢 -- when anxiety hits hard-- full power --I feel that I have to figure out everything that is going on in my mind and my body-- all at once...NOOO. What I have to do is breathe, be strong and smart and assure myself that it will pass and it will be alright. Then the comeback is stronger than the setback... we've got this! 💪

Great advice MEGL53 And a Good Morning to you as well :) xx

Megl53 I like the way you explain that anxiety triggered the feeling that you have to tackle everything there and then. I now recognise that behaviour with myself. I agree, you have to let it pass. With me, being on Lexapro has seriously helped but it’s interesting to be able to think about our behaviours 😊
