Good morning, I hope you are all having a good day so far. I haven't even gotten out of bed this morning just looking online for a few minutes before I go feed my animals and then I am looking forward to a good cup of coffee. What are you guys looking forward to today? I am looking forward to taking up my garden and composting more. I am making soil for my walking in greenhouse I am planning to get in a few months.

I’m looking forward to cutting up pineapples I harvested from my garden yesterday. There’s nothing like a ripe pineapple right off the stalk.

Sadly no, but I did make my pen safer. So far things are going well.

I had the same problem,bought 2 white doves few weeks ago ….put them in a temporary aviary / dovecote combo with a net over …second night think was a cat somehow managed to maul them ,tried to pull them through the net ,luckily they’ve survived,I’ve got them well safe now ….had chickens before taken by foxes it’s upsetting they’re real characters to have around

Animals will find a way to get the food they need. Sometimes we have to think outside of the box to keep our animals safe. Anything trying to dig into my pen from now on will not like it. I put barb wire under it. Took work digging and bury the wire around the pen, but they will be safer now.
