I've had a good morning , started the day with a coffee and pastry in a cafe , did a bit of shopping ,had a good long chat on the phone with a dear friend, and now settling down to another coffee and my needlework in the company of my lovely but naughty rabbit😁

Hi good morning. I watch some fugal channels from ladies who live in the UK. Sometimes they show what it looks like over there. Everything is so pretty. It sounds like you have had a great day. I am so glad for you. I do make homemade quilts by hand sometimes really all the sewing I do. It is really relaxing.

So far everything is going well with my animals. No more trouble and hopefully it stays that way. I hope the rest of your day is great. Have a great night.

I am looking forward to the diet pepsi and coconut milk ice cream I picked up yesterday. I had to cut out coffee and dark chocolate yesterday because I developed an eye twitch that won't go away. I think the eye twitch is lessening without the caffeine, so I'm looking forward to that going away too. Without my chocolate, I feel like I'm starving, so I can't wait to devour some chicken tenders for lunch.

Oh goodness can you have white chocolate. My cousin is allergic to regular chocolate, but he can eat white chocolate. Might be something to look into. I used to drink a pot of coffee a day, but I had to cut down a lot. So, I only have one cup a day. Besides that, I try to only drink water. After my mom died, I gained a lot of weight, and it affected my health. So now I am trying to get healthier.
