I just had real bad anxiety attack
Hello Ceaser_Leone
Firstly there’s nothing really wrong with you, but your anxious thoughts are focussing on your bodily sensations and frightening you.
You have said that these anxious feelings only started a short while ago. Are you under a lot of stress? Do you have an idea of what started you feeling this way?
yes a massive amount of stress, Im currently in my home with no water, I just started a new job and im working to get my bills caught up, my girlfriend of 4 years broke up wit me a year ago. My head is throbbing now as I am slowly trying to calm down,
This is the worst I have experienced
So you have got a lot going on and maybe you haven’t worked through your emotions after the end of your relationship.
A new job is exciting, but can also be stressful with the added pressure of getting enough money together to pay bills.
I’m sorry if my questions made your head throb.
I hope that no water is a temporary inconvenience.
No wonder you are experiencing sleeplessness, nausea and breathlessness. Life has caught up with you and I think your body is telling you to ease up with yourself. You are handling things. Focus on the practical stuff you can do. Clothes ready for work? Food for packed lunches? That kind of thing?
This happens sometimes. It used to happen to me. U need to sit down, and reassure yourself. Saying: I am safe, this is a safe place and a safe space, I am experiencing some anxiety, these feelings although they feel real are in my head, there is nothing to be scared abou. I will be okay. I just need to calm down. Also try breathing into a paper bag. Hope this helps
Hi be assured nothing is wrong with you except health anxiety. Your body breathes automatically and won't stop when you sleep. If there is any problem then your brain will wake you up.
The lump in the throat is caused by anxiety and is a common symptom. You are fine. x
