The laundry mat was pretty packed. i saw lot people inside and couldn't go in.. just had panic attack my heart started racing. Now am just feeling confused and depressed. it just sucks , now am hiding in my room to calm down . but still feel my body pulsing.

Have you ever tried controlled breathing techniques? It is difficult to focus on breathing correctly when faced with an anxiety inducing situation but try focusing on your breathing. My psychologist would tell me to breathe where my stomach fills with air and then exhale. She said it helps relax the brain

It is difficult in times of panic. I communicated the same thing to my counselor. Maybe catching the feelings of anxiety right when you feel them trying to start is when you can practice them. Even occasionally when you are not feeling anxious. That way you can feel calmer before it gets overwhelming. Also, I’m not sure if art is your niche but I enjoy art and it helps me relieve stress.
Does therapy or counsler help? How you like get one? I dont know how that works?
Try and embrace the anxiety attack and go in that laundry mat anyway, push through , it will pass . Don't stop your life and let it win , make sure you win
