Diazepam or promethazine with sertraline

Can not remember whether I have asked before what people’s views of either taking diazepam or promethazine to help with anxiety whilst waiting for sertraline to level out

Two years ago I was given an antidepressant Cymbalta that caused my BP to go way up by a psychiatrist who did not look at my medical history. I had a hypertensive crisis. Getting over was difficult and a medical doctor prescribed Lorzepam to go with Zoloft. I am working on reducing the later. I am careful not to take more of the former than prescribed as it is addictive.

I have been on sertraline at 50mg for about a year and a half now . Last month I decided to stop taking it.

I started to just take half the dose for a week or two then I stopped completely.

My head at times feels really spacey at times and I noticed my tinnitus Ear ringing has been louder. But a s far as anxiety no difference with it or without
