Hey everyone! Brian here! Got a quick question to throw out here:
What happens when you find yourself stressed out? What coping skills do you use to help alleviate the stress?
Have a good Saturday night!
Your pal,
Brian

Hi Brian. It really depends on the person what works. Two ideas; one, burn the excess adrenaline ( run, scream, jump) whatever. And two, feed your mind with something you enjoy. Read about it, make a budget to buy it.... think , plan. Point is, your brain will switch gears. It's not a perfect ultimate fix but if can get you back in your skin.
That's true...…...but what do YOU do to battle stress?
HA. I read about planting a garden and sketch how I want to build it in my back yard. I keep a little journal with ideas. If i can I do one thing, no matter how small, towards my goal. I love crossing things off a to do list. I have a stationary bike so I jump on that. Even for just 10 mins or so.
Get a root..
Hi, I realized that I get most stressed out when it’s quiet, and I am sitting just thinking about my problems. It’s a struggle for me but I have to get up and do something that occupies my mind. Working a sudoku sometimes helps.
I listen to music or meditate.
I like to read if my anxiety allows it.
Sometimes I have to get up and move around.
I talk to myself and keep trying to tell myself that I am safe.
I use yoga and meditation to quite my mind in hopes to prevent an anxiety attack.
Back to the drawing board... no caffeine peace and quiet 🤫..nature I personally keep koi fish and watching them brings my breathing back to normal then it’s ...🎶😁..ps what about you Brian?
Hi Brian...how you be? Of course music...sitting on my deck taking in nature and doing puzzles...
What do you do? I'd like to hear..
May you have a beautiful day..
Dump trucks of groovy love, peace, light, joy and hugs for you!
