Hi all! Brian here. It's a rainy day today with thunderstorms rolling through. Despite that, I'm in a pretty good mood! 
But, it begs the question:
Do you get depressed when it rains out? If so, how do you combat the depression? What works best for you?
It's very important to tackle the depression if it manifests itself, especially if it's weather-related. So, I really want to know...….
How do you stay up when it's raining?

I’m a pluviophile (rain-lover) but every once in a while i get down when it rains. I try to do something different that is taking advantage of being indoors like making my kids a tent,curling up in blankets, making soup, burning incense while listening to music and looking through happy photos...sometimes it’s fun to go out to my porch area that is covered and be with the rain. And when I need to be out in it I feel rain is my shelter.
Hi Brian, Afraid I like the rainy days just as Starrlight does. The rain is a way of freshening the earth, breathing life back into it and if we are lucky maybe a rainbow. When out in the rain, I feel as if I am hidden by the rain drops and my umbrella. It's my little sanctuary, nobody is going to stop and talk and I can just walk in the rain and breathe.
I hope the down feeling leaves you soon. Maybe a good movie you can rent might help.

I prefer rainy days also, for the reasons Agora said, and also because it makes it cozy to read and relax. I particularly don't like extremely bright sunlight.

I don’t mind the rain. It gives me an excuse to stay inside and work on a hobby lol.

I love the rain but refuse to go outside unless it's completely dry. Wet ground gross me out im not sure why
I enjoy rainy days, the smell right before it rains is great 🌦 Plus it reminds me of our trip in New Zealand. Our last day there we woke to a very rainy day. We had planned to take a train to a near by wine town. Had bo rain gear. We were determined to go & were soaked by the time we got to the station. Luckily by the time we reached the town the rain had mostly past. We had a great time, no anxiety the whole trip.
I lovvvve the rain ☔️ good excuse to stay in and read books....
