I've been having a really hard time falling asleep lately. I just cant turn my mind off. Can anyone share their tips and tricks for restless nights?

Yes. My mind races at night from things to do, things I wish I would've done or said to someone, work, the past, etc. About a year ago my husband suggested listening to rain sounds on my phone. I do it every night. When my mind starts I say, listen to the rain. It calms me and distracts me. Try it. can't live without it now.

Your welcome.

I battle insomnia...what I do is start at the very top of my head..concentrate on relaxing my hair, forehead, eyes, going all the way down the body...helps to relax me..maybe give it a try...you can even do eyelashes etc., usually I fall asleep at some point..you have to focus on just relaxing each part and nothing else...all the best for you...

Dump trucks of groovy love, peace, light, joy and hugs!

I always have a fan on for some noise and the sensation. That helps me.

I'm with you there. I absolutely cannot sleep without a fan on.

Yes I get dizzy and cant focus when I'm sleep deprived, like today. My head gets fuzzy and it feels like I'm off balance.

I'm sorry that happened to you. I do work but I'm not happy at my job and it causes a lot of stress for me.

Picture a room in your home. Starting in one corner, slowly look at everything in that room in detail. You may fall asleep before reaching the corner you started at as it helps to stop your mind racing.
