I've struggled with depression most of my life I've never tried to get help but now it's time I need all the support I can get

Depression plagued me for 40 years. I am now on my way to being completely free of it. Counseling is a great place to start. This helped me begin to process events from my life that the depression stemmed from. Often depression begins as a result of a traumatic experience. So, if you can pinpoint the event and the time, then you can begin to work through it.
