Hi...this is my first time posting and would really love to talk to someone like me. I’m a mom who has partial custody with the most toxic person I’ve ever met because he had a lawyer and I didnt-and PPD. I’m bi-polar. I have anxiety attacks and horrible insomnia and am constantly facing being homeless. If you’r reading this and can relate...please contact me!!!

Hey, I just joined today and found this post from a few months ago. I was diagnosed with bipolar disorder only three years ago, but I've been dealing with anxiety, restlessness, and poor sleep since I was very young. I don't have children, but I can relate to having a very toxic & paranoid ex-partner and facing homelessness.

I know how challenging it is to cope with bipolar disorder and trying to stay in control, to keep going on with your life, to get things done, not to get stuck in that black hole of despair or just make those racing thoughts stop!

I hope you're in a better place now than 4 months ago.
