When I feel stressed ,anxious or just dealing with my reality ,I live with many Neurological Disorders ,and my lovely family have both Neuro and Phycological Disorders .I write Personal Affirmations and Music for Therapy. This piece I wrote this morning .I AM A MOTHER .
Mom , mama , mommy ,mother
Overturning ,overwhelmingly
Temper tantrums , to triumphs
Hopeless ,helpless ,yet bringing forth happiness
Empowering ,every ,emotion ,in everyway
Renewed ,reasoning and readiness to reset
hyper mania , manic depression and every aspect of a Bi Polar Episode ,I am a mother of Twins ,who are presently having a Bi Polar Episode at the same time, They are Adult Males , living in different States . For me , Mother , this is very challenging . Thank you for allowing me this platform to share my affirmations and emotions in writing .
For anyone that has a Diagnosis , or in my case 11 Family Members with a Bi Polar Diagnosis ,I feel your pain , uncertainty , misunderstanding and sometimes despair .I extend to you encouragement and strength ,to stay the course ,stay in the fight. Though it may seem dark ,deep down in You or Your Love ones ,there is a very bright and beautiful light ,that shines just for me and shines just for you .Have a day of peace .joy hope and love !
