Dealing with depression caused by a seizure

Three days ago I had an epileptic seizure and the effects of making me feel like a freak of nature is still with me. I bounced back but tonight I almost lost it. I asked a simple question. Answer no & no big deal. This dumb ass loved his voice and needed to shut up. This was not a big deal but my reaction was a touch on the extreme. I kept saying "fine, okay!....." and kept raising my voice. He eventually let me leave. In the end, I just wish I was dead. I feel such a freak.

You aren’t a freak. You have a medical condition. Rick Harrison from the show Pawn Stars suffered seizures. You are a unique person. Made for a specific purpose. 🤗

Thanks

Can't imagine you having such a difficult situation when you were feeling poorly. To put pressure on you was remiss but don't suppose the individual could read any signals to show that your responses were not provocative but made in a bid to keep calm. The tension of all the stress hormones on top of your medical condition must have made you feel awful. I had advice when my parasympathetic system went out of control with stress, to avoid triggers and people who set me off. Unfortunately this is rarely possible in real life

especially in the work place. Congratulate yourself that you coped under extreme stress.

He didn't know what had happened, but he has annoyed me in the past. Will not be asking for advice anymore.

I'm going to give the coconut a try. My problem is that I never liked those Mounds chocolate bars. However, I've also read about how Omega III Fatty Acids really help. No word about coconuts, only fatty fish. I can eat some of those on a daily basis. Thanks.

Goodo ..coconut oil helps with medium fatty chain acids to protect the brain but omega 3 fatty acids are ace too particularly in cod liver oil as they contain certain precursors to cells which cause inflammation in the body and brain. Guess your lesion I from trauma so repair of tissue and brain cells is important. Hope all goes well.
