Yep! So scary, but you just have to tell yourself that it's that ugly anxiety and panic.

Yes! That’s my main reason for my panic. I’ll be fine then all the sudden it’s skipping all over the place. Which causes panic and then leads to more. I have been told I have PAC/PVC but that they are benign. It’s so hard to believe that something that feels so awful is benign. But we must press on.
