My main goal was to find support groups, but I never thought about online. I am just trying to cope from anxiety from this previous flight I took. I am just wondering if anyone has troubling, neutralizing theme-selves after panic attacks, I feel like its gonna take a couple days for my body to calm down, and stop feeling as if Im still in turbulence if that makes any sense.
My physical pain has lessened in my chest and now is all in my stomach, Im gassy and burping a lot, plus severe nausea. IM jus tired, yall . I just want to be better.

Hi I hope you'll fee better, I had a severe pain a year ago caused by anxiety, I got better though, I eat healthy food and work out at home or at the gym
If you have anything that can make you feel better, do it. It can be music, dancing, watching a funny movie, gardening...
To be honest with you, I'm facing some physical pain these days, I'm feeling lost, worried and I can't stop thinking about all the bad things which caused chest pain, left arm pain and it's hard to breath
I don't have panic attacks, but anxiety attacks that usually ramp up over a couple days, and then take another several days to ramp back down. Patience is key, for me. Getting frustrated with the slow recovery only makes things worse, so I always try to practice acceptance and patience. It also helps me to remember that every other anxiety attack lifted at some point, so this one will too.
