New here, thanks for the replies to my post last night. Hard time sleeping. 3am - 7am. Going to take all advise and start moving now by straightening my house. I'll let you know at the end of the day how I've done. Thanks for your support!

Good luck. Take it one thing at a time. Anything you get done is progress. That’s how I have to do it, anyway.

Thank you, yes any little thing is better than nothing. Did good today. Marking down all I accomplished so I can look at it tomorrow and can continue to move fwd. It just is so hard when my recliner looks so inviting but sad at the end of the day when all I can say is I watched Dr Phil and reruns at that :)

Put some music on and clean!! Have fun.

Yes, please update! I woke up anxious at 5am today, heh.

Yes, mornings are the toughest! AM cortisol rushes makes me jittery as well. Nighttime is when I make all my plans then morning comes and I don't feel like doing anything. Stuck to my guns today and cleaned kitchen, part of bath, 1 load laundry, made bed then shopped with husband. I'm writing down all I have done to push me for tomorrow. I have to keep moving fwd or I'm afraid I'll stay in this rut. Once I get moving I'm ok.. it's the herring started that is hard.

How did the rest of your day go. Did your anxious feelings lessen at all?

Yes, I'm feeling *slightly* better, but still kind of rough, heh. I got myself out of bed earlier than normal and did a few extra chores. Tonight I play a soccer game after work, which always gets me good and tired *and* distracts my mind, so I'm looking forward to that, haha.

My only advice would be to be careful of overdoing it on the chores and exhausting yourself. I always aim for occupying myself and working at a "steady pace".

Here's to a good evening for both of us!

Soccer must be great! Exercise is one of the keys and you'll be getting plenty of that! Time to SCORE! hope you sleep better and wake up rested
