Burning brain. Agression

My brain has been feeling weird. Like I told you guys. Today it kind of feels like it's on fire. And I feel angry. Idk why. I just do. I hate feeling like this

Sorry to hear your hurting. I to today have this really weird feeling in my head and chest. It feels like something bad is going to happen to me. I know it's not. That's just what it feels like. It just won't go away.

I feel you, I was so convince I was going to die in the next few month and I couldn't explain why I just thought something terrible would happen. It is totally irrational but it scares me.

Did you try to write down your thoughts (without censoring anything)? Sometimes the emotion is link to a thought that we are not aware of.
