When lying down ur heart rate is normal but when u get up from sitting or lying down do u feel more anxious or fast heart rate?

I do! It happened to me when I was at the doctors office and my doctor thought there was something wrong with my heart because of how fast it was beating. But it was just because I moved.

It's natural, if you get up from lying down you are exerting yourself more sore your heart beat is going to go faster, that's how it works.

Go ask you doctor if you feel the need too, just to get peace of mind.

Stop worrying about it!

This can sometimes be a symptom of low blood pressure - a little like when you stand up and get light headed.

This has happened to me on many occasions and is definitely not something to be immediately alarmed by. I think it’s quite a ‘common’ ailment but something that could be worth getting checked out - not because it’s likely to be serious but because there might be something that can be done about it.
