So my birthday is in 63 days ... I've been wanting to lose some weight before that ... Who thinks I can lose 40 to 50 pounds in 63 days? Or how many pounds?

From what I have heard you're better to take the weight off slowly better chance of keeping it off that way....please don't take off that much weight in so little time, not healthy for you...want you to be safe!

All the best with this journey!

2 months equals 15 pounds, healthy to be slow and steady. Do it for your mind not for others.

Doesn’t sound like a good idea to me. You didn’t gain it in 63 days why would you think you’d lose it in a healthy way that fast? Nope. Don’t do it. Your goal is 10 pounds a month by cutting out processed sugar, rice, potatoes. After you eat you take a short walk. Tell your body you’re going to give it calories by not skipping meals. No seconds. 10 pounds a month. Crazy weight loss brings on crazy weight gain.

This depends largely on how much weight you need to lose If you are very obese then you probably can lose this amount healthily, but if not then 2-3lbs a week is the most you should aim for. I guess it took a long time to put it on so it will take a while to get off. Do not starve yourself whatever you do as all that will happen is that your metablism will get lower thus making it even harder to lose the weight. And if you go back to eating normally after then you will pile on even more weight. This is known as yo-yo dieting.

There is a good weight loss site on here so why not join it for some tips? x
