So the doctors said he wanted to try me on this medication due to my catastrophising anxiety. I started it yesterday. So far anxiety is a little worse but not to bad. I feel a little spaced out like on a cone down from something. The teeth keep clenching. I'm not going for a pee as much and the worst effect of them All is the sickness. Since taking it I have felt sick none stop. Do these effects go away? Thanks

Yes they do. It may take time. Be patient with yourself.

Have you tried them. How long did it take for you. My only concern is I start my new job in 2 weeks and can't feel like this then. 😊

Everyone is different. For me, everytime it went up to the next dosage I felt side effects. The effects were mostly tiredness, anxiety, and depression. But like I said, everyone is different. Yes it sounds strange that an antianxiety med would cause anxiety & depression but it did in the beginning until the med equalized in my system.

Yes the feelings do go away. I take mine at night before bed, this has always helped with any side effects. Why did he start you on 50 and not 25? Not sure how much you weigh or anything but if the side effects last longer than 2 weeks you may ask to cut to 25 for a week and then go to 50. Zoloft and lexapro are the safest antidepressants with the least amount of side effects out there. Takes 4-6 weeks to see a difference but stick with it because you will start to feel better😊

Thanks I weigh about 90kg. I feel like I'm in the spaced out type zone. Which actually makes the anxiety better haha it doesn't feel like this all the time does it?
