This has probably been the worst day of my life. My mind is taxed from stress and hatred of myself for the things I've done to people I care about😖
I can't sleep, I can barely eat, my body is barely functioning above 50%, my BP is high (155/94) and my heart is straining from the stress and agony of my mistakes. I just want to vanish from the world so I don't bother anyone, so people can live a happy life without the burden that is me.ðŸ˜

What did you do? We all do things that hurt the ones we love, this is because of emotional pain and we feel we do not deserve their love. Does this resonate? First step to forgiveness on either side is acknowledging and seeking the explanation thennn the solution or at least the most healthy step.
If your bodily conditions are caused by your intense anxiety (and not some other health condition you're aware of), it is almost *sure* that your body can take whatever stress it's under, even though it's probably a horrible, awful feeling.
Please do not wish to vanish from the world. The people you care about can forgive, and tomorrow is always another day. If this is the worst day of your life, chances are tomorrow will be a bit better. Please hold on until then.
Hi you can't change the past and all you can do is try and put right what you can, learn from it, and move on. Don't let your past define you as by doing so you are ruining your present.
If you can't do this then maybe therapy would help? x
Hey there.,.i have done stuff also. Message me and we can talk,
It may feel like we mess up every relationship in our lives, but it's just not true. Yes, we make mistakes, but we learn and move on. There are good things we do as well. Perhaps start a gratitude journal, listing 5 things each day you are grateful for - water, clothes, a smile from a neighbor, etc. Then when the hard moments come, read back through the journal to remind you there are good times in life, and there will be more. Take care of yourself, life has big plans for you that require your presence. Prayers for peace of mind and vision to see the good in your life.
