I feel like my brain and body is detached these days because my brain seems to take such a long time to process information. This really is affecting my studies and relationships ): Does anyone experience this?

How do you deal with difficulties in concentration?
It's a constant battle isn't it.
About studies - have you tried the revision to music method ?
Think of the music of you favourite song / songs, and sing the words of your studies to it - rather than just read.
Pick out key points for the chorus or a rap .
About relationships - remember you don't have to like everything about people to love them . And you don't have to be with people all of the time if you love them. Make sure to maintain healthy space / time out / time away from folk and rest - to just be by yourself. Then you will be energised and more appreciative of each other - when you are around family and friends for shorter spells of quality time.
God Bless
This happens to me constantly. I have trouble remembering simple things and formulating coherent sentences can be difficult. I’d like to think there is a correlation m, or at least I hope there is some type of explanation to why I feel like this.
Yes ...my mind can get so cluttered...that's when we know it's time to take some slow breaths, in through your nose counting to at least 4 then out through your mouth again counting...it really helps to calm you down....also feed the positive into your mind....so so important for us. In your mind go to your happy place...just some thoughts for you....
I wish you all the best with your battle and am here for you...

Yes, definitely. It's a struggle especially to be anxious during the work day. I often need to force myself to stop worrying and just focus on
a task. During lunch I usually read a book, and say to myself "You must read X pages right now, then you can go back to anxious thoughts if you want."
