Something else to stress over letter said heart largely normal but BP Low to make appointment to see GP re blood pressure as low to review meds I am not on any meds regarding blood pressure. I truely am falling apart...

Try not to stress it too much. I know easier said than done. At least you know they want to figure out what is going on with your heart and blood pressure.

Low blood pressure can be a sign of hypothyroid. The thyroid gland can change so a check up every six months with a request for the full thyroid test including thyroid anti thyroid globulins is more helpful. Some people have a combination of hyper and hypothyroid problems where their antibodies are high. On testing basic tests won't reveal inflammation and sign of the immune system attacking the body. A test range of vitamins and minerals can be requested as a print out from your practice. If iron and ferritin is low this can be linked with thyroid. Many surgeries don't give out information unless requested. It is important to understand you own health so you can improve it. The test results may be sent to thyroid unlocked who will help you interpret your tests. If you haven't done this already it pays to tick all the boxes and cross them off. Iron deficiency anaemia can lead to breathless symptoms and anxiety as well. Take care.
