24 hour anxiety
Some anxiety medications are slow reacting but have a longer half life. And one that I take, is quick reacting but has a very short half life.
This one is short acting but I am starting on a very low dose. It is difficult being up in the middle of the night like this. I pace when I can and I am trying to remember to breathe.
It will take a while because you will have to gradually build up the dose to a level that works for you, im sure your doctor explained that, cant put you on higher straight away hope it works for you😊
Me too. I began at 10 but says some people go up to 75mg. I did take another 10 mg and right now I am noticing a difference yet.
The doctor will gradually increase your dose as he sees fit and this will take time it doesnt happen straight away make sure you follow the doctors advice correctly x
He did say I could increase it on my own. I was so anxious that I called a hotline but the counselor seemed young and inexperienced and not sure what to say. She told me " not to think about it."
Stick to your doctor, contact them again and ask for more clarity on what to do if you unsure but no matter what these things do take time to start working im afraid but its worth it if they work😊
