I’m feeling empowered no more crying. Feel like everything is going to be ok and I can make my own destiny come true and happiness. Same situations are still there just thinking about ever differently. I’m starting to think I may have a touch of schizophrenia??? I wish I could feel like this all the time

Hi there my friend please don't think you've got schizophrenia with out seeing your doctor you might not have any thing remotely like it! Have you ever been diagnosied with depression or anxiety if you've not seen your doctor for sometime now might be the time to do so and put your mind at rest! Please take care and all the best david

I’ve been diagnosed with anxiety and bipolar. I’m looking for a new therapist today. I can’t take being split in all directions and feeling at such a low point and then to a high point.
