Hey everyone , as most people when im on holiday, bored with nothing to do , i tend to eat more and crave things, so recently, my sugar consumption has been pretty high, now i do try to limit it because diabetes runs in the family
But i recently learned that stress hormones increase sugar levels, so the only sweet thing i ate in the last 24 hours was 2 pieces of cake and a cup of apple juice , but im a bit concerned that my recent months with anxiety might cause something like that
Thankfully im more rown mentally and im not too worried like i was before with the pulse and blood pressure because i learned to calm myself and not jump to conclusions , but i did my overall sugar level i think is called the AC1 , i did it in january and it was 5.2 i think or even less , it was amazing, but i didnt have anxiety at the time it was just starting, so i realized i never did it again ..does anyone have any advice on this matter highly aporeciated
