Man what a day. It started off good but quickly got negative. I just couldn’t shake it all day. What are some good ways to get yourself back on track. Need some advise. Wanna catch this thing before it gets out of control.

Hi there! You are smart to nip it in the bud! Short answer is take magnesium malate and ginseng every evening. Reason is stress depletes them and you Need them in stress times and always. They calm the mind body and spirit and get rid of sticky negative thoughts that loop around and around. Best to you! Also, B complex vitamin is great in morning for energy and focus. =)
