Anxiety getting the best of me

I was able to keep down a tiny croissant without my chest/upper abdomen hurting.

This indigestion (I hope that’s what I think it is)

Is really getting the best of my anxiety.

The mixture of both are making me lose weight.

The good thing is I will be able to rest next week since we’re on holiday leave.

for now I will have to meditate and put on a happy face for everyone.

Are you drinking plenty of water along with the croissant? They are very dry, and I have a problem with dryer foods as well, they come back up faster than they went down! (unless they are lubricated with water).

cheers, Midori

Yes that’s what I was thinking too. The dryness might have been a factor definitely also my chicken for lunch was kinda dry too :(

chicken can get stuck in my throat if I haven’t prelubricated. Boiled eggs too. Draaag.
