Im on here to help people, who are going through bad times and dont know how to think . I just put thinking solutions to their problems on here. My moto is how may I serve ! I have no issue,s I cant resolve myself ive learned that. x

Fair enough, but it still often helps by asking for support at times. I mainly manage my own issues too but do still post from time to time. I like helping others as well. x

Everyone interprets things differently, as long as you know that's All that matters. You can't convince others to see things the way you do? So don't work too hard at this.

As you think so are you, your name want 2 be happy. is a negative affirmation, I would change it to becoming happy. positive affirmation to yourself. only my thoughts.

Ive been describing depression and anxiety to my therapist on a 0-10 scale. I think I need to change it to my happiness and calm levels and not even give anxiety and depression a place at the table. I need to quit claiming them in my life.

Honesty is always the best policy. I agree with you.. May hurt a little at first but in the long run #best way. 👍
