anti-anziety med no longer working

I have been on Ativan for a couple years now to control my pamic attacks and overwhelming anxiety. It did help for awhile but now noticing that it isn't helping as much. I take 1 to 2 mg a day. I know that this usuall happens over time with benzos. I am not sur if I shoul ask to be put on another benzo or what to do. I do not really want to be on any of the benxos but I still suffer from panic attacks and they uses to send me to the er several times a month!

This happened to me. I built up a tolerance and started to need more to do the trick.

That's the dependency. Speak to your md and figure out the best plan.
