hello ive recently had a spirometry test done which i blew 110% and it says on my results ling age 25 but im 22 what does this mean please ☹️

I sent a message to you but I can’t tell if I did it right. I’m going to try to write the same thing again. Does your doctor know how anxious you are? Can you make an appointment to ask all your questions and have them answer your concerns? As my psychiatrist recently told me that’s their job. I made an appointment to see my doctor soon to ask a bunch of questions. He’s very good and knows how anxious I am. I also take antidepressants and anti anxiety meds. I still get breakthrough anxiety but they sure help. You can also call the doctor and ask to speak with someone who can answer your questions in case you can’t get an appointment sooner.

i was told i had asthma when i was small but have never suffered but am now ☹️ xx

If you were 3 years older your lungs would be the same. How do you think someone of 25's lungs are? Do you think they would be knackered in 3 years time? No of course they wouldn't. 85 maybe yes but that's 63 years away for you.
